The annual meeting of the Association of Field Ornithologists and Wilson Ornithological Society welcomes vendors and exhibitors to attend and display their items/services for sale or demonstration.  We already have over 200 registrations for the two day scientific program but have limited space for vendors.  We are aiming to strategically locate vendors outside the main conference room in the O’Hare Academic Center and near the coffee break area, prime locations for meeting ornithologists.  We offer a 6 foot table and assistance with set up on Thursday or Friday (May 29-30), movement to the poster session (set up and take down) Friday night, and take down on Saturday May 31.

We ask that vendors register for the meeting on the website.

Please submit the following items to Jameson Chace via email ([email protected]) with VENDOR in the subject line

1.  Names, organization name

2. how many people are coming.

3. Any special requirements.

4. Brief description of what items you will bring

We are also looking for break session sponsors at $250 each, and would appreciate your support. In return we will provide a half page of advertising in the program and identification in the schedule.  We need that clarified by May 20th.
